you are probably lactose intolerant. Get the milk that is lactaid free and that may help. I had that problem and it really does help. lt has a slightly different taste but l liked it. l eventually was able to go back to regular milk after about 1 year.
Yep, but not so bad that I cut it out altogether. I've learned to search for fake dairy products like Mozzarella and Cheddar. If I have had too much dairy that day, these will do nicely for pizza. Mocha mix for coffee, stuff like that. You don't have to travel too far to find them.
