Why we always think about extra package to all states what was wrong done by the state which don't have regional party and large tax payer like rajasthan, maharastra etc. They also not having funds but they manage from there alloted fund they both state always having lack of water but they manage so don't think about it
extra packages to be given to only deserving but unfortunately its being given like the reservations and when its not fairly given, how the state of the CM who has been enjoying the bad relation with center , will get such package.

The central Government may not like the tax payer's money to go to private pockets .
