Blocking spammers is a losing battle because they change email addresses with every email. The best thing to do is to mark each one as spam so your spam filter improves.
Blocking email works best if the email address or Subject doesn't change.
"USUALLY" just clicking on SPAM when you receive the message will direct it to your SPAM FOLDER and any subsequent emails from this person will go there...Sometimes that doesn't work so you will have to block the address as described below.
