Allison as I don't think that Alli is a strong enough name on it's own.
Brenna for the same reasonable as Allison.
Cassandra because I just adore this name as it's so strong and feminine for any girl and you could have Cassie as a nickname if you wanted.
Delilah because it's so simply gorgeous as it is.
Gabrielle as I seriously detest the nickname Gabby and much prefer Brian or Elle.
Isabella for the same reasons as Cassandra even though I love the nickname Bella which is lovely on it's own.
Jennifer because Jenn is too short a name.
Katherine because I adore that name so so much and you can always have Katie/Katy/Kathy as a nickname.
Lilly because I find Lillian too old-fashioned for my taste.
Melissa as even though I dislike that name, Mel is a little too short on it's own.
Reyna and Ray because I love them both so so much.
Savannah because Savy is just not a name when not a nickname for Savannah.
Valerie because again, Val is too short.
Daya because I hate the name Zendaya but Daya on its own is very pretty.

Personally I believe that having a full name with many nicknames is better, because then, the name can change as the person grows. Most of these nicknames sound childish or unfinished to me, therefore I don't see them as full names.

Fulls names are always better...you could always give them a nickname. I do like Lilah, Lily & Ray from your list but Id spell it Rae. I have seen people named just Kate too & Brynn not Brenn
