passenger in car accident, who do I sue?
On our way to the market. We had no stop sign and the other car had one. She ran it. When we were trying to stop because we saw the car trying to speed up to get out of the way we t-boned the other car. My knee slammed into the glove compartment leaving a dent and my back was hurt in the accident. My neck jerked very hard also. Can I sue my wifes insurance and the drivers insurance in the other car?

Yes you can sue the driver considering you had the right away, but you need to get some evidence that she ran a stop sign.
You don't sue an insurance company. They didn't cause the accident.
Besides, sue for what? You have minor injuries. Simply make a claim for injury.
You didn't hit the lottery, you were in an accident with minor injuries. You ain't getting paid.
Why would you have to sue? Why would you want to sue? Simply file a claim against either the other person or the person whose car you were in.
Depends on the state laws, and the insurance involved. Speak with a lawyer. Potentially, both insurances could be sued. Call a lawyer, usually 30 min consultation is free!
You might not want to sue your wife. No one likes marital issues...
Just the other driver since she didn't stop on her red light
money hungry aren't ya?
sure, just sue everyone.
