Definitely in the $100-$200 range (I was shocked).
But, I have 2 wonderfully enthusiastic kittens. I made my own out of old 2x4's, old plywood, and carpet remnants. They love it. All you need is the wood (I fortunately am a crafter, project builder and had leftovers), either hand or power saw, nails, carpet remnants (most contractors have this in abundance) and a staple gun. Make it look like anything you want it to look like. I think the uglier the better. Hope this helps.
That is a very subjective question, since you didn't state whether you wanted something that looked nice, was inexpensive, but fell apart in months, or something that was more expensive and would last for many years.
Higher quality condos have carpeting that stays in place even with vigorous scratching, won't break under the weight of a climbing cat, and won't tip over if the cat jumps on it.
Curved perches are liked best by cats, so that is one thing to look for.
I provide my cats with three cat trees from two different manufacturers. All of them have a tunnel, and they love that.
If you are cited a price of under $100, it probably will be a temporary purchase, as it simply isn't going to last.
I am providing two links. The first one provides a variety of types, and is of decent quality. The second one provides a large array of types, and is more expensive but of higher quality. (Disclosure: I have bought from both, but do not have any financial stake in the companies.)
PetCo and PetSmart both carry some cat furniture, and you can look and poke and push them to see if they would suit your desires.
But to really provide an answer, expect to pay $150 or up for any decent quality.
are you just looking for a scratch post with a platform on top or one with various platforms. If you are just looking for a scratch post type one, it is far cheaper to make your own!! They are so expensive in the shops. Just buy a large cardboard tube, you can get those post capsules at the post shop, and buy some of that rope stuff you see around it. Most hardware stores have it. Just wrap it around tightly. Then any piece of thick, wood (that you found behind your garden shed!!!), covered in a piece of soft material will do for the platform and you'll need one for the base too. Attach everything firmly so it doesn't wobble. You can even get a ball on a piece of elastic from the pet shop and attach it from the platform. You cat will love it. However if you are looking for a tree with various platforms, I guess you will have to save up unless you have a lot of spare wood and some really good carpentary skills!!!
Depends on how big you want to go and how big your place is. They range anywhere from $40 to over $200, based on size and architecture. Best advice I can give you is to start small. You probably don't want to dump 200 bucks on a sculpture of wood and carpet just to have your cat ignore it, like our cat did. Fortunately, we started out with a $50 job. It's probably a good idea to examine your cat's behavior for a couple weeks before buying one to see if spends a lot of it's time climbing your curtains, furniture, kitchen counter, etc. or just lays around. Just a thought. Hope this helps.
They are expensive. If you are crafty google plans for cat condos there are tons if plans. I made one they are nothing more than pvc pipes, glue, nails and carpet.I made mine for under $50.00

Depending on how nice of a one you get, they can get pretty expensive, but an average one will cost between $75 - $100.
