due process nj forms?

Has anyone ever filled out the due process forms for a disabled child in NJ? Does a lawyer have to be written down on the paperwork?

  • Are you currently working with a human service agency? Often a case manager or social worker at these agencies are able to help parents with the forms / paperwork to process through the state level.

Will this be long term disability for this child? If so I strongly suggest meeting with a case worker to plan out future goals for your child. You want to establish with someone. So lets say the day that you are no longer able to take care of your child, your child will be taken care of with out worrying.

Easter Seals is a type of agency that could help you with the documentation.
