Boohoo.com problem :( help! plz!?

I've ordered a jacket from boohoo.com the beginning of November, I still have not recieved the package. please give me advice on what to do. I really want to believe this is a reliable and trustworthy website.

If you live in the U.S. and have experience with this company that would be a big help.

    I've ordered lots of stuff from boohoo.com and it is reliable phone or email the company and ask what has happened. If the weather has been bad it will take them longer to deliver. hope it helped a little good luck. x

    boohoo.com is a trustworthy and reliable site, i've brought and recieved multiple items from there, but because you're in the u.s it is likely it is going to take a lot longer or it may have got lost as the journey is so vast etc... if you go on the website there is a section on refund polocy.

    I've ordered from there and my item can through fast etc but i'm in the uk so may be the fact that you are in the us.
