Cancer jab side effects ?

My sister who is 12 had her HPV jab on Tuesday and its swollen even now and she is complaining of really bad pain in the same shoulder that she had her jab in. (The right arm/shoulder) what should I tell her to do ??

I would suggest she see the doctor who ordered it for her.
Put some ice on it.
Bad pain after a jab isn't an uncommon side effect.
I had really bad pain after my Meningitis C vaccination a few years ago.
Ice on it for a few hours sorted out the pain.
