How does a college Track Program differ from a High School Track Program?

I think it'd be about the same. How many different running workouts can there be???

    College runners are expected to run faster with shorter recovery, and do more intervals.

    This is true in all sports, you work much harder in college than you did in high school.

    Plus your meal ticket is usually riding on your performance so you don't want to slack off.
