Car headlight problem?

I drive a 1994 Toyota Camry. My headlights still work on low. If I push the lever forward to make the high beams stay on, they dont work. They only work if I hold the lever back. Anyone know what the problem is? Is it a switch problem? Couldn't be the bulb since they still work right?

    It is most likely the switch - They are well made but too delicate at times. You will more than likely need to take it into the shop. It is not an easy fix.
