No, you're not paranoid, you just miss them...
After my grandma died (about 3 years ago) I felt terrible, for I lived on the same street, and visited her everyday since I was born...
I used to dream about her, like she was still alive and talk to me either (in my dreams), she seemed to be just fine, but, when I woke up, I was terribly sad.
I think something similar is happening to you, but don't worry, you just miss them, and I tell you that they're all in a better place now...
That can be be a very natural thing after losing a loved one. I could have sworn I saw heard things after my best friend died. This all did go away there is no reason to feel weird about this. Sometimes it makes you feel closer to the person and could be a overactive imagination. On the other hand I thought it was my friend kind of scary but I knew that he was looking over me letting me know he was ok. Everything happens for a reason don't think your strange it happens to the best of us.
The mind is a powerful thing. If you are having auditory and visual hallucinations you could be schizophrenic. Please go see a therapist. At best to deal with the grief. Be honest with the mental health professional, that's the only way they can help. take care.
