    I don't think you look like a serial killer. It isn't really what they look like, it's more of how they act. They're kinda creepy, don't have much emotion and they have a really blank face or creepy grin. I would just say your picture is just of you not smiling. Whoever sad you look like a serial killer doesn't really understand how they look and act.
