Cambridge diet?????? so depressed?

Has anyone been on this and has it worked??? im looking at starting it next week and will be on the sole source. I am so depressed at my bmi being 32. I used to be a 9st healthy girl but thought i was fat then, i used to starve myself and obcess with exercise etc. Now without over eating i seem to be piling on the pounds. i do it the wrong things but no other diets seem to work!! i have tried weight watchers and lost half a stone but that was in 2 months! i have pcos which makes losing weight harder. i don't want to excuse my obesity but i don't know what to do. id love to hear success stories or thoughts on this. thanks

I am on the sole source. I ud to b on the diet a few years ago and lost 3 stones in 6 weeks. I currently weigh 19st 11lbs and withinthe first 3 days of the diet i had gone down to 19st 3lbs so i lost 8lbs in 3 days. It is very hard for the first few days but after that your body goes into ketosis which prevents you from being hungry. I aim to lost 6 stones and i should achieve this within 3 months. The more you drink the more you shrink is what they say so make sure you drink lots and lots of water.
