sears has a really nice one that's small enough to keep in a car that works really well,i got one in my truck ,i don't ever use it but its there if i need it,Campbell hausfield also makes a good small portable one that works well to keep in a car,and all advance or auto zone stores also sell one that is portable yet good enough to use all the time if needed,i got one from an old Porsche in my car that works really well, its just for airing up tires but all those cars came factory with one in them, good luck.
The $10 walmart one I had filled half a tire before dying. Best compressor is a 5 gallon airtank. Fill it up at a gas station and leave it in back. They can pop your tire back on its bead (if you remove the airvalve in your tire stem), something a cheapo aircompressor cant.
