Do colleges care if you transfer high schools?

I've been in catholic school all my life, and I'm really just sick of it. I hate how at catholic schools they try to take away your identity and make you take classes you don't care about (theology) in place of electives in which you can learn real life skills. Plus all my friends live far away. Also I'm on a full academic scholarship there, so do you think colleges will care???

also the colleges im looking to apply to are real top of the line schools..like ivies and public ivies

    well i changed each year as dad was in service

    still got in college
