If you are a 30A then your size would be a 32AA if you moved to the 32 wide. When the bust size goes up the cup size goes down. I'm a 32D but I can wear a 34C depending on the style. At 13 I know how you feel but don't try too hard to have the boobies. They will come at their own time. However Target and Macy's have some bras in their girls department that are at the least heavily lined if not padded so try that. Victoria's Secret is a waste of time and money. Just start with Target or Macy's and once they come in better go in to nicer places. I personally shop exclusively at Nordstrom for bras because they have my size and stand behind their products.
I don't think most places sell a push up in a 30A. Buy a 32A because that extra padding in the bottom so it is smaller and it will most likely fit you.
You could get a good push up bra at Victoria's Secret called the Very Sexy Push Up... but you are 13 years old i dont think you are willing to buy a 40 dollar bra.... plus sweets you're still growing why the urge to look bigger?

You can get the 32A.It probably will not be too big.The 32 stands for the width around and not the cup.
