asus t100 corrupt bios?

I believe my Asus t100 has a corrupt bios. It will not load recovery or anything besides the bios. "Start easy flash" says warning file not found. Is there a way I can reset the mother board/hdd manually? Any help is greatly appreciated

  • Norm is right you need to download a new BIOS update file from the Asus website, this should be available under the ASUS t100 support section . Download the BIOS onto a flash drive insert it into the Asus and reboot. With luck it will read in the new BIOS fiIe and update the BIOS

  • OK so firstly don't get a transformer book they are really useless. You will need to start over with it so take the hard drive out buy a new one for a cheap price and replace it. Once a motherboard is gone its gone. The motherboard binds all the processes together.

  • "start easy flash" sounds like you are trying to flash the bios.So have you got the new bios file and where from
