Not all cellphones can do all of the Bluetooth features with the Toyota models.

"use/pair an existing phone"
(Has a long list of compatible Bluetooth cellular phones, pairing guides, and functions/features/networks/drawbacks by cellular phone model.)
This site used to have the Nokia 6102i listed as a Cingular phone that could be paired with the Prius, but I don't see it listed anymore (even under the AT&T Wireless entries). I guess it is too old, as the site likes to try and sell you a new phone...
However, if you look at the other Nokia models, you'll see that most of them can transfer a single contact entry to the Prius, but not an entire phone book (multiple entries) at once. 8( Try one of the pairing guides found on the above site for another Nokia model, and see if that helps with your transfer problems.
