If it's a friends league, I'd say give him back. BUT if it's an open league, keep it. It's not like the person can't play Gronk when he finally decides to play. So technically, the trade is valid unless it was only based on them both playing this week. If Witten broke his leg yesterday, would he void the trade? I think not...
