What do you do if your wife doesn't respect you?
To make a long story short: my wife has very little respect for me. Despite me working third shift, getting little sleep during the day, and helping care for our two autistic boys and infant. She says I have done nothing to deserve it, but that she doesn't know how to show respect. I feel like I have put everything I have into my family and it has all been returned void. I deal with depression, suicidal thoughts and I'm on the verge of walking out. Does she do this on purpose? What should I do?

You sound like an oustanding gentleman, if you live your wife ( which i am certain you do ) than ask her to communicate with you, attend church, go on dates, or even try counceling.
Women like your wife will only respect abuse. So your choice is to live without respect, leave her or be extremely forceful with her - certainly mental but also borderline physical abuse. Have rough sex, yell at her, break things, find fault with everything she does, etc. Sadly, it works.
Your wife cares more about the thrill of drama in her life than her family. Taking care of the family is boring, don't ya know...
you need to keep vocalizing. That's actually the only way to get respect in life. If you hypothetically or whatever walk all over people they won't really respect you unless you explain yourself and your feelings or whatever and where you stand and why. So it really needs to make some sense.
Do not be sad.
Wives has no one, but for you, she could complain and asking help.
Therefore, you shall listen what she is telling and appreciate for her efforts.
And give gift to make her happy as she cared.
Also give her frequent good sex to compensate her efforts.
Then she will express her love to you.
