Okay so i JUST found out about fimo canes and i am interested in them. However i do not know where they are sold or how much they cost.......any help??
You can usually buy polymer clay canes at various places (btw, "Fimo" is one of the brands of polymer clay, and the oldest brand; it currently comes in 2 lines though which are different--FimoClassic and FimoSoft).
LOCALLY:
....craft stores (though they won't have much variety, if they carry canes at all)
ONLINE:
....etsy.com
....ebay.com
....various other websites (owned by individuals, or companies):
Depending on the difficulty of making the individual cane (and its size), the cost may vary quite a bit though, and may are *simple* to make yourself.
(If you're using them for nail art and want very small-diameter canes, it's also easy to "reduce" any cane you'd ever make down to any size you want.**)
There are loads of lessons, ideas, tips, and more re making polymer clay canes yourself on these pages of my polymer clay site if you want to check them out, including a list of easiest "Beginner Canes To Start With" in the first link:
