if you own it find a place that has a speed clock (ex keep kids alive drive 25 speed traps that you see in subdivisions) i took my ttr125 and 55mph but if i had a nother 5 seconds i would have gotten 60mph so you have to try
IF a cb100n is anything to go by i would say between 55-65 max. XR100 with have shorter gears designed for off-road use.. so top speed wont be amazing.

I m 5 11" 170lbs and I hit 53mph gunning it
With standard OEM gearing, about 75 MPH.

change camshaft, advance timing 2 degrees, put on performance exhaust and intake. use a K&N air filter
i do not know on this exact bike but i can guess real close. should be very close to 45 mph.
