Now, people always say "No, it's healthy!" etc, when this question is asked. But, am I the only individual who's considered the amount of nutrients that your sperm may contain (I mean come on, the material is used to conceive new life, people). If most of your day's nutrients are flowing out your body every day, perhaps constantly, how are any nutrients going to be put towards growing? So please consider that many of your answers contradict yourselves, when you say that "No, it won't stunt your growth, every man would be a dwarf if it did." and then go on to say to the nutrient factor question "Yes, sperm contains a lot of nutrients, actually." <--contradiction. I'm looking for thought out, elaborate answers. I guess to sum everything up, can ejaculating a lot at an age of puberty stunt your growth?
Also my foreskin is retracted, is it early for my age? Also this feeling after masturbation... its like i lost something ill never get back..and i feel like beating myself?? help?

It's destructive to your body and mind. I haven't been doing it for 1 whole day now aand I already feel a lot better. The bums on here that tell you that it's normal are the sick perverts who live off welfare all day and are failures. They have nothing better to do than "jerk off".
As far as nutrients in semen go...don't worry about it. First of all, you're not ejaculating gallons of seme every day. Each time you cuum it's only a couple tablespoons, and if you masturbate like five times a day, it still doesn't add up. It's less than the amount of undigested nutrients you excrete from your body when you defecate...are you going to start worrying about defecating now? Honestly, there's a lot more important things you should be worrying about than the amount of nutrients in your semen, for gosh sakes.
As for the feeling after you masturbate. An orgasm is a huge adrenaline jolt, and after that there is a physical let-down. Some people feel it as a bit of guilt, or sadness, or even "loss" as you describe it, but it IS purely physical and it is NOT God telling you you're a bad boy. You shortly recover and are ready to do it again, right?
Yes, sperm does conceive new life, sperm is so important that mom nature gave us the ability to replenish our sperm supply naturally. Our reproductive systems are designed to ejaculate frequently so that there are plenty of babies made. Sperm is part of our reproductive system. Ejaculating more frequently leads to fresher sperm which produce healthier babies.Less prostate issues are realized later in life because it keeps toxins from building up.
In short- no it won't stunt your growth. In order for the nutrients sperm contain to actually do anything for you you would have to ingest it. Since the sperm in your testicles is not digested naturally, you don't gain anything nutritionally from it.
No you are not the only individual to have considered this.
Plato considered it 2,300 years ago
but he got it wrong too.
