Why is Cristiano Ronaldo so bad for Portugal ?
I thought he was the " best " and has the ability to play well in everywhere he goes.
I wonder what his fans would have to say after yet another invisible performance for the national team, Nani has always been better than him for Portugal.
and please don't come back with the " oh, he scored the team's only goal " excuse, That goal was just as important as last season's friendly run in the league where he won the pichichi after scoring 11 goals in a 4 meaningless games.
and lets get Messi out of here, we all know he is an international flop who only happens to play godly in Barcelona, no need to mention him.

How's Portugal better than Argentina when they're on the verge of not qualifying for the Euros while being in the worst group of all qualifying campaigns ?
They drew 4-4 with cyprus of all teams LMAO, they should have won their qualifying group, not losing to Denmark, they are even the 2nd worst team of all the teams in the play-offs as far as points is concerned.

Ok he's Portugal's leading scorer in the Qualifiers with missing the first two games.
He needs 2 more goals to equalize Figo's 32 goals for Portugal in about 40 less appearances.
He's not "so bad for Portugal".
I don't wanna be biased, I know he isn't the best but he's not a flop.
I think the captain's armband is his biggest problem, he's a leader in attack but he lacks leadership to control of the entire team, it's too much of a heavy weight for him to handle I'm guessing, but still, he's not horrible for Portugal.
Eduardo became incorrect. The loss became no longer his fault. Ronaldo is the wonderful participant different than Eduardo, this is why he could be captain. yet after listening to approximately his comments, i think of he can no longer take care of the function. The function of captain could be for somebody who has the adulthood. by using playing the blame interest, he proves that he has none. yet, it became no longer his fault that he did no longer play nicely. His teammates did no longer supply him ehough balls. His alternative could be Eduardo if Eduardo performs lower back in 2014. Eduaro is a stellar keeper who merits the function after what the team did to him at this 12 months's international cup. His defenders have been lacking, the offense became undesirable and that they only could no longer keep the Spanish away different than with Eduardo who made spectacular keep after spectacular keep. He desires a reward.
Cristiano is the Best Player as we all know (even barca's fans know that). He does perform better at Real Madrid but he isn't bad at Portugal either. I mean scoring goals isn't what matters most if your looking at a good player!! Yes he scores much more goals at his club " Real Madrid or previously ManU" Well the man has club loyalty
.. In portugal he performs well, he tries his best, assists other people, and i think his performance isn't at all bad. You can say it isn't as good as it is at Real Madrid but he is performing well at portual. I think he will even improve. Just wait for the Euro 2012 and you'll see. Portugal want to win it, he's the captain, so i think he will shock us with great performance ( don't you think? )

Nobody said Cristiano is great for Portugal. The difference is that nobody is hailing Cristiano as potentially the greatest player in history, as they are for Messi. So the pressure of being great for his national side is not as high as for Messi.
