Party/Fancy Dressssssssssssssss?
Hi, I need a party dress that can also be a special event dress like for fancy restaurants, or anything else, I've tried Target, Macy's, Delias, Nordstrom, I can't really find anything I like, and plus it needs to be cheap like under $30. Thanks for your help. P.S It needs to be juniors or womens.

The first place i'd look would be Express stores. My girlfriend loves the party dresses they have. They should also be in your price range. If you want another option, then I'd say Forever 21 stores for a comparison.
