That's WAY too many dogs for someone who doesn't know how to socialize two puppies. And, while you can do some to socialize them at this age, most of their socialization should have been done long before this.
Then, you want to get a third dog when you have two puppies to train?! You are asking for disaster! I don't even know where to begin except to tell you to forget getting another dog - especially a smaller dog - with these two large breed, rambunctious puppies you have to cope with. The best scenario would be to rehome one of the pups you already have so that you are left with just one dog to train and raise. It is always a mistake to get two puppies at the same time - always! They will tend to bond to each other and not to you, learn bad behaviors from each other and can be extremely difficult to get either trained well without some help.
Sign up for an obedience class ASAP. They will teach you how to train and do some socialization with the two pups you have, and you are going to need all the help you can get. I wish you lots of luck. But do try to rehome one of your current pups and DON'T get anymore until the one you have is well trained!
It was a bad idea to get two puppies and raise them at the same age. You should have them meet people and move over to other animals. You might want a muzzle to be safe and if they're aggressive you can watch Cesar milan videos. Don't get another puppy until these two are trained adults!
You should never gotten two puppies, no reputable breeder would have sold you two.
Take one back then when the other one is socialized and trained, approximately in 6-18 months, get another one, then when that one is trained if you still wish, get the third one.
The first thing you need to do is get rid of one of the two you have. Do that immediately. THen come back in a few months and fill us in on your progress and what to do next.
Do you never do any research on any of this. Please read Painted Pony's post thoroughly and forget adding yet another pup to the mix and especially with dachshund in it that are prone to bad backs.
