Is Homosexual marriage legal now?

So I heard that it is legal now. Some people say it is not.

I did some research and didn't find anything much....

If yes, what states is it legal? which is not?

I am talking about USA (United States of America) and Canada.

Nothing in common. It just comes through my mind for asking this. :)

    It's legal in Canada, and it's legal in a few States in the US, New York, Iowa, Massachusetts, vermont, connecticut, Main, ans Washington(there might be more)

    Gay marriage was legalised in New Zealand (where I live) a matter of days ago. Maybe that is what you have been hearing about? We are the thirteenth country in the world to legalise it. Shouldn't have been illegal in the first place if you ask me.
