How do I get my adobe premiere pro video files onto facebook?
Facebook doesn't support premiere pro files, and I tried converting them into avi files but they're too big (they have to be under 300 MB). How do I make them smaller without losing all the quality?

You can do stuff like that with QuickTime Pro from Apple. Making them smaller will affect the quality though. Have you considered splitting the file into smaller parts?
You can transfer the video and copy it to your hard drive (desktop) and then just drag it to the Bin or timeline. You may also need the project file if you've already started to work it. There could be an issue going back the other way. New version to old version.
