Not a bad price, really. I would go look at and check the trunk and underneath the carriage for rust. If it looks good offer him a $2,200.00 to see if he bites at all. If not then look for something else.
If you want a project car it would be fine, but not for that much money. I would not spend more than $1800 for it tops. It probably has a for of rust in that area fro, salt.
