I did not know of the song or either artist, but I did listen to both versions. And after listening to them both I'd go with Mayday Parade.
I'm not saying the Pussycat Dolls is bad, I can see why a lot of people may like it. It has a danceable beat, and not hard on the ears. If I love the music hard on my ears, with a smooth voice.

I've already heard that whole album and Mayday Parade's is my favorite by far. So, Mayday Parade. The Pussycat Dolls are overrated anyway.

Oh, and my favorite part of the song is when the beginning when they go, "Uh huh huh huh!" They sort of sound like they're moaning with a British accent while half asleep, if you know what I mean.
I don't even have to listen to know that Mayday Parade is better than the Pussycat Dolls, yesterday, today, tomorrow, five years from now...
The original PCD verison is okay. But Mayday Parade makes me actually like the song. So my answers is : Mayday Parade. =]
Mayday Parade definitely...they totally made the song their own!
same with All Time Low's cover of Rihanna's "Umbrella" on the last "Punk Goes..." cd. it seems like it was their song to begin with
