open up the winzip file, inside it should have some file(s) (those are the fonts), drag and drop the files to C:/WINDOWS/fonts and that's it, the font should show up on photoshop
A winzip is a compressed file. Before you do anything else, you need to uncompress it. Double click on it, and it should open and give you either the font itself, or a folder with the font and possibly some other stuff, like a text file with info about it.
Once that is done, you have to install the font. Then you can use it in Photoshop or any other application that lets you choose fonts.
(Sorry, I'm on a Mac, I don't remember the correct procedure for installing fonts on the PC side.)

just drop them into ur windows fonts folder, thats where photoshop loads all its fonts from C:\windows\fonts
You have to extract the file in to the adobe photoshop folder.
