Do rental company register mailing of a check?
i haven't received my check after 31 days. do they mail the deposit check with a tracking mail? will they re-mail it if the check is lost?
Update:it's 31 days in oregon. the office say they need to pull out the file to check it, and i should call back in 6 hours later...

You'd have to ask them.
However, in some states (such as Virginia), the deposit doesn't have to be refunded until 45 days after lease expiration. So it might be too soon.
