Why does car vibrate?
I have a 2008 Dodge Caliber and I was wondering why does it vibrate when it is not moving. When it is idling it vibrates and when i turn ac on it vibrates more but when i put it on nuetral it stops.I had injecters cleaned, air filter, spark plugs changed.Thinking about having fuel filter changed , car runs good no problems at all.Injecters where cleaned at dodge dealership and they checked car and said nothing was wrong. They also said if engine light is not on car is good. What could this be , is it transmission

All cars vibrate a little when they idle. If it's excessive, you could have a misfire, but I suspect it's just normal for that car.
hmmmmmm
1. dodge i assume did diagnostic
2. u may possibly have a bad motor mount. weird on a 2008 but I've seen stranger.
3. timing- knock sensor which self adjusts timing. Thank honda for inventing this.
4. as for the a/c that's normal because the engine is under more strain with the a/c compressor running
Is Michael J Fox driving?
Major problem with motor mount as originally it is a s*ty car. Go to dealer - it is on warranty... if you did not exceed mileage.
I wish i had a car that vibrated :P
