How do i get a parole enforced no contact order removed from my file?
My husband has a no contact stipulation on his parole file That was implemented by one of his previous parole agents three years ago. We have been separated for two years and would like to reconcile. The parole office refuses to help with the removal in fear of liability issues. If we are caught together, he will be violated and sentenced to a one year prison sentence... straight.... no breaks.

You contact the state parole board, usually a division called parole appeals.
They can do what they want and cannot be sued. Id they could be sued every time they let some rapist out and he rapes again they would be in trouble.
Your parole officer/agent also has the wrong idea about liability, not unusual. They can only be held accountable for gross negligence.
Obviously there is a history of violence or criminal related behavior that initiated the no contact condition. If it is a prior history of violence then the agent should not lift the no contact and probably will not. You should look else where. If that is the case, violent people do not change. Look else where for love.
If the officer refuses to remove it, then you're sh*t out of luck.
