  • Hi Emil,

I'm not sure what you're asking so here are some possible answers:

Are you trying to add an email address in the body of the email?

If so, you'll have to type it out or copy/paste it from your contacts list. There is currently no way to auto-populate an email address in the body of an email.

Are you trying to add a contact into the 'to' field of the compose screen?

If so, you should just be able to type the contacts name (or begin typing it) and the system should pull it from your account. If that's not working for you, you'll want to try some browser troubleshooting like the following:

Are you trying to add a signature to the body of your email with your email address?

If so, you need to use the 'create a signature' feature described here, which will automatically add that information to emails you write:

Hope one of those answers your question!
