First of all, let's do a little definition of CULTURE: Culture is loosely defined as the sum total of the attainment and learned behaviour patterns of any SPECIFIC PERIOD, RACE, or PEOPLE regarded as expressing a traditional way of life subject to gradual but continuous modification of succeeding generations.
In other words, CULTURE can refer to educational attainment and some other refinements.
So in certain aspects of culture, yes...maybe I can say that I am culturally "attractive"...for example, in the educational field, and certain acquired specialized skills. But then I may consider myself a bit unrefined (rough, if you prefer), and therefore "culturally unattractive," when it comes to some aspects of tolerance. What this basically means is that I sometimes find myself unable to understand people who are constantly out there for a handout. I have contempt over certain human behaviour patterns and failings that doesn't have at least a figment of an idea what self-discipline really is & what it means, plus other weaknesses like lack of self-reliance, and therefore always on the look-out for any excuses to cover for their shortcomings, which in turn lead them to constantly blame others. To be 'politically correct,' for instance, is considered in some circles to be a personally attractive trait, but I do not like to be PC most of the time, and so therefore in the milieu of these 'circles,' I am a 'square.' (Social vs. Cultural)
And that's fine with me. But there is also such a thing as "Cultural Superiority"...which can blend into many negative aspects on the far end of the stick. For example, just in the field of music, who would you personally consider as culturally attractive and superior? A person adept and brought up in Western Classical Music or a person innured in Rap and Hip-hop? Many people would say that a classical Western Symphony Orchestras built for Western classical music is technically far more challenging and a real heavy-weight compared to Rap, but this is only true insofar as who are you asking.
To be culturally attractive to some group or individuals then, one must observe their background, for they are the ones who will judge whether one is attractive or not. Universities and higher institutions of learning study that all the time: it's called "Cultural Studies."
But to answer your question...while risking the possibility of coming across as being wantonly arrogant arising from an overbearing pride and hubris, yes I would say that I and the group of people I belong to are generally considered 'culturally attractive'...but at the same time, stating that with some defferential doubt and distrust or apprehension.
Yes, and I think there's nothing more fantastic than a woman who is comfortable in her own skin and does not feel afraid to proclaim so.
I think it's sad that a lot of women will put themselves down for fear of being treated with contempt by others because they are jealous and suffering from low self-esteem.
So, all the ladies who are happy to say "I AM GORGEOUS", all my love to you!

.
Sure. Relatively attractive, that is.
When I don't, it's either because I look like a hermit with a ton of facial hair, or low confidence.
