Canada allows multiple citizenship; in fact, of all 195 countries on this planet, Canada has the most relaxed attitude toward it, as it not only recognizes dual citizenship, but doesn't even require its citizens to leave and to enter Canada with a Canadian passport. That's unique in the world, meaning that people who are U.S. and Canadian citizens don't even need a Canadian passport, ever.
You, however, are so far away from obtaining Canadian citizenship, that I think you are really jumping the gun here.
your mom or dad has to be born in canada. my daughter is a dual citizen because i am an american who married a canadian. i also recieved all canadian benefits being married to him as well. through marriage, birth, or indian status you can be a dual citizen. you have to be i believe 51% native american to have dual citizenship through the jay treaty.
