Adobe Reader Program?

I was downloading somehting, and it didn't know how to open the program. So it asked me which program to open it with. I selected Adobr Reader, but now everything is Adobe Reader. The icon for ever thing is the adobe reader. How do I get the icons to go back to normal?

But System resotre can't be opened either because of the adobe

Use System Restore.

Edit:Boot to safe mode, then try system restore.

Try this:

For Windows XP, try this:

1. Click the Start->Run menu item.

2. In the text box, enter

cmd

and press Enter.

3. In the “Black Box”, enter

ASSOC .exe=exefile

and press Enter.

I think you can click on another program like, windows media player (or whichever) and make it your default program, I think you just right-click
