How do you know if it's a date?

So this boy that I like and I were talking. He started to talk about a restaurant that I had never been to. I told him and he asked if I wanted to go sometime. He knows I like him and I'm new to this whole dating thing. I just didn't know if you would count that as a date and if he liked me our not! Please help!

    If HE asked YOU to the restaurant, then its a date. :) You can find out if he likes you along the way.

    Wow it does sound like a date! i mean i wouldnt just ask a guy out to a restaurant if i didnt like them! unless it was like a guy friend who is really cool lol. But sounds like he does want to take you on a date! So go with him and lets see what happens!
