Do you recognize this (Arabic) dessert recipe?

I was just remembering something my mom used to make, but she doesn't remember the name of it. Basically these are some of the ingredients:

- Butter

- Chocolate

- Coconut

- Cookies

- Probably some kind of dough

I know these ingredients are very generic, but it's extremely high in calories, and very very sweet. My mom would roll this up like a cylinder, and put it in the freezer for a while. When it's taken out of the freezer, it's kind of hard and really cold and you have to eat it that way. Does anyone recognize this or something similar?

Update:

Yeah I'm Egyptian/Sudanese, and my mom said she got the recipe from someone ages ago. Maybe it was just a custom recipe someone made.

  • No i can't recognize.

  • The Syriac Catholic Church is an Eastern Rite Catholic Church which uses the Liturgy of Saint James. This is the same Liturgy the Syriac Orthodox Church uses. The Syriac Orthodox Church is a oriental Orthodox Church and separated from the main body of the Orthodox church before the Catholics did. The Syriac schism was in the 5th century over the 4th ecumenical council. The Syriac Catholic Church joined the Roman Catholic Church latter on and accepts all the ecumenical councils the RC does, purgatory, papal infallibility.
