Do you think Zelda is racist?
Zelda is so racist. The good guys are all white blond-haired Aryan types, and the bad guy is a brown-skinned man with a pronounced nose.
Other races like gorons and zora are considered "good" because they submit to the Hylians.
Not the gerudo, though. Nope. They want to be independent and refuse to be dominated, therefore they are "evil."
Say, doesn't Hylian kinda sound like Aryan?
Ganon wants to create "a world of darkness," because obviously a world not ruled by white people = darkness and chaos amirite?
Link is the chosen hero because he has the blood of ancient Hylian warriors. He's a hero because of his blood? In other words, he's automatically the hero because his ancestors are white?
Master Sword, huh? Is that like the master race?
The Triforce is a KKK symbol.
The final boss of Zelda 2 is Shadow Link, who is exactly like Link except he is black.
Nice pointy hat, Link. Was KKK-mart having a sale?

The "good guys" are not always "white blond-haired Aryan types." Link had brown hair for a great deal of the games. And the Gerudo are always the bad guys? What about Nabooru, the Sage of Spirit from Ocarina of Time? She was a Gerudo. Besides, Link even JOINED the Gerudo if you even got that far into the game.
Ganon wanted to mix shadow and light to create darkness (I honestly don't know how that would work). Ganon isn't always the bad guy, either. Have you even played all of the Zelda games? Remember Vaati? He's as pale as the moon. And Zant? And Veran? What about MAJORA? It's true that Ganon appears the most as a villain, but that doesn't mean that he's the only bad guy.
The other races are considered "good" because they SUBMIT to the Hylians?! It's true that the Zoras once served the Royal Family, but that doesn't mean that the Hylians are the supreme race! The Gorons are close friends of the Hylians and call them "Brothers." The Sheikah did serve the Royal Family, but their race basically died out. The Deku hav their own Royal Family. The Rito are their own race. The Koroks are their own race.
Link was NOT chosen to be the Hero because of his blood. He was chosen by the Goddesses because of his courage. He's NOT automatically the Hero because his ancestors are white. Look at Tetra! TETRA HAS BROWN SKIN. Tetra is Princess Zelda! How could you say Zelda is racist if both the good guys and the bad guys have the same skin?!
Dark Link appears in various Zelda games. Just because he has dark skin doesn't mean Zelda is racist. He's meant to be an evil version of Link, and that's it.
The Master Sword MUST mean that the Hylians are the master race, because anything with the word "master" in it means that it's racist!
Ever play the Minish Cap? Elzo got turned into a bird-hat. Link had no hat in that game until the end, where they explained why he has a pointy hat. Oh, that reminds me: Santa must be racist because he has a pointy hat! Oh, and children that wear pointy ice-cream cones on their heads must be racist, too.
The Triforce is a KKK symbol? I'm pretty sure that the KKK didn't even reach Japan when they were making The Legend of Zelda. They made the Triforce as a symbol to the Goddesses: Farore is the right triangle, Nayru is the left, and Din is the top. And since the Triforce is also a mathematical Sierpinski triangle, that must mean that math is racist too! RIGHT?!
Why do people have to relate everything to racism?! Does EVERYTHING have to have some HIDDEN, RACIST MEANING to it?! Zelda is just a video game series! Why do people have to make it so complicated by thinking about how it could possibly be intentionally racist?! In that case, EVERYTHING is racist. Pokemon! Look, Houndoom has black skin and was the bad guy in one of the episodes! POKEMON MUST BE RACIST! Oh, and Arceus is white and is the God of Pokemon! That means white is the supreme race!
Zelda is JUST a game. It won't make it any better if you waste your time thinking about how it's "racist."
Oh, and to answer your question: NO, I don't think Zelda is racist. It doesn't even take place in our world.
I don't think i have ever heard anyone call The Legend Of Zelda racist before. Are you trying to compare this to real life? Of course Link and Ganon aren't going to look like anyone in real life, they are just video game characters! They are just 2 fictional characters from someones imagination. Just because their looks aren't like any on this earth, doesn't mean the game is racist.
Welp, they didn't make fun of the messycans, so it's fine by me!
like totally duuuuude
yeah, but not in a way that it should be banned.
