How do i transfer my photos from my Ipod classic 32GB to my new Macbook?

My old laptop was recently raped by lots of viruses and i had to discard it and bought a Macbook which is awesome. BUT i have hundreds of photos on my IPOD classic thats like 4 years old and i know how to transfer songs and photos using a PC, but i dont know of any products for a MAC. I know of senuti or something like that but it only allowed me to do songs, not my 1442 photo library. Please help me, any insight would be helpful since those photos are priceless. Thanks!
