delayed response to diuretic overdose?
I am in recovery from an eating disorder. Two days ago I had a mini relapse and took 20 diurex diuretic pills (the instructions say not to exceed 4 a day). I didn't feel any effects the day I took them or the following day, but today random symptoms are showing up. Could this be due to the diuretics?

That doesn't sound like a mini relapse. Get back into therapy.
You need to go to the doctors. That can cause severe electrolyte imbalance and result in a heart attack.
