I want to download photos sent in an email
click on the attachment to open and then if it's a photo, it should come up as photo viewer. click on edit, click on make a copy, choose where you want it saved.
or
Click on copy then click on desktop and then save.
I downloaded them to windows photo gallery when I open it it says cant open
