Do you think it's rude or disrespectful ?
When for instance you and a friend are just talking normally about some particular topic and all of a sudden you said something grammatically incorrect and you didn't know it was incorrect and your friend starts laughing for about 10 seconds and you're wondering whats she/he is laughing at then that person corrects you while still giggling a bit.

If it is a good friend they are just kidding around and don't mean to offend you. Just laugh with them and say ooops it sounded good to me. If it is anyone other than a close friend doing that then yes it is rude and I would respond what's the big deal...nobody's perfect.
well with my friends it's go like this, one of us would jokingly repeat the grammatical incorrect saying and we'd all poke her in the shoulder and giggle, and the one who said it would either say 'shut up' (jokingly) or they would defend it by saying 'yes, exactly, _repeat incorrect phrase_, that's how it goes/you got problem with that?' or use ANOTHER grammaticaly incorrect phrase, etc. We'd all just turn it into one big joke for maybe a minute and move on. I don't think it's rude, it's all in good fun BUT i depends on the context, Your context sounds a little ruder but just think whether she was trying to make a joke and thought you were in on it or whether she meant to mock you and was being derisive.
That is just plain rude. I really hate when people do that. I pride myself in writing papers that has absolutely no grammar mistakes but when I talk, I say anything I want. If I wanted to be correct on everything I said then I would have talk to my English teacher instead.
My advice to you is to stay away from people like that. They personally humiliate others just to make themselves look good.
10 seconds? yeah right, i would be laughing for more than that....
Yes, it's rude.
Yes, and insensitive.
