Muslims do not believe that Jesus is the son of God. They believe he is a prophet along with Mohammad. So no, they have no reason to celebrate Christmas unless they are not devout Muslims and enjoy being diversified.

It's obviously NOT a Muslim holiday. That said, lots of non-Christians participate in one way or another in the general Christmas festivities.
