Does usps accept manila envelopes?
Can I send things in manila envelopes? If so, can the items be bulky stuff like clothing or a small box. Or does it strictly have to be a bubble lined envelope?

The envelopes are for a few sheets of paper only. If you try to send bulky stuff it will rip open and all the person at the other end will get is an empty envelope. No, usps will not refund the value of it because it was not properly packaged. Even the bubble line envelops are questionable. Just use a box.
