I had weight problems when I was about that age. Took me about 5 years which was about a year ago until I finally started to learn how to take weight off. Because it was my biggest problem I will bring it up first. DO NOT DRINK YOUR CALORIES. Soda, Coffee all that good stuff is a killer for most people. It was for me. Sometimes it may take up to a week to really kick it for people who drink alot. Try to drink more water, and maybe Orange Juice for breakfeast and milk around dinner. Secondly you really have to work it out, there is no pill that will make you lose weight. Fasting and crash diets don't work for long after a while most people give up and end up worse off then they started. Cardio is always the best solution, running, jogging, excerise bike, stair master all that good stuff. Even walking is good. It takes time and effort and is really easy to give up on. For alot of people once they get into working out and start kick alot of the bad habbits you form new ones.
Be active. Learn about what food to eat. Ask your parents to help you, and to take you to a nutritionist. Eat as little sugar as possible, unless it's from fruit. Don't eat junk food like chips, french fries, and soda. You're so young, you have plenty of time to establish good habits, so don't worry! Just be sure to do it!

Eat less, and more healthy, be more active during your day. Also try drinking lots of water, they say it increases your metabolism.
