Yahoo mail will not print, Yahoo Help does not address problem?
1. when use Yahoo: Actions--Print, a blank Pop-Up windows appears with Error message stating, "cannot print." There is no Error message number.
2. OS Win7
3. the previous Yahoo Classic worked without any printing issues.
4. I am able to print e-mails from other e-mail providers and any website page. The ONLY printing problem is with the new (and forced upgrade to) Yahoo mail.
5. The various "fix" recommendations contained within Yahoo Help and a Google search have failed to solve the problem.
Update:Thank you for the response. Both methods suggested were tried prior to the posting for assistance.
To reiterate, a blank pop-up window appears [yes, pop-ups are enabled] but the Error message appears stating "cannot print."

That sounds pretty frustrating.
What browser are you using? Some things don't work as well in IE browsers, I've discovered, despite Yahoo's assertion that they are supported:

When I had trouble with autocomplete of some email addresses in IE 8, as well as an occasional reluctance by the program to load the Inbox index into view again, I tried bringing up my email program in Firefox and they went away. Now when I try to print an email I first get a small pop up window saying

PRINT ERROR
There was a problem printing, most likely caused by a pop-up blocker. Please click Try Again.

When I click that I get the pop-up with the formatted email in it. Looks as though you're getting a different error message tho. Have you tried a different browser just to see if it works there?

If you block pop ups, you may need to allow them on the Yahoo page to be able to print the message.
There are two ways to print the message:
Click the message line in the inbox or folder list to highlight it
Actions
Print message
OR
From the open message, click on
Actions
Print Message.
In both cases the print preview page will open
Click on Print, top left of this pop up page
Your printer pop up will appear, continue as you usually do from here.
